Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized office receptionist to manage front-office tasks, greet visitors, and handle phone calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Selection Criteria:
- Age: 25 – 30 years old.
- Qualification: University Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven 1-year minimum experience as a receptionist/ office administrator or similar.
- Ability to speak and understand English and 2 or more South African languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Knowledge of bursary processes (desirable).
